Control Bylaw was held on Tuesday 3<strong>March</strong> <strong>2020</strong> at<br />
9.15am inthe Council Chambers of the Rangiora Service<br />
Centre, 215 High Street, Rangiora. The meeting was not<br />
notified in accordance with Section 46(6) of the Local<br />
Government Official Information and Meetings Act1987,<br />
due to time constraints.<br />
The outcome from the hearing is as follows:<br />

Hearing Panel resolved to:<br />
(a) Receive report No 191118160104.<br />
(b) Received and considered all submissions to the<br />
Property Maintenance and Nuisance Control<br />
Bylaw 2019.<br />
(c) Amend the name ofthe Property Maintenance<br />
and Nuisance Control Bylaw 2019 to the Property<br />
Maintenance Bylaw.<br />
(d) Reviewthe Property Maintenance Bylaw in <strong>12</strong> months,<br />
with the report beingpresented to theDistrict<br />
Planning and RegulationCommittee in June 2021.<br />

weapons systems whilst moving around the area,<br />
blank ammunition will also be fired during this<br />

conservation area. Blank rounds and pyrotechnics<br />
will be used from 10am until 6pm daily.The<br />
