cheongsam as a top and skirt, and make the
most of the straight skirt with side slits. Get
the separates as well if you have a large bust,

Shorter women should avoid shoulder
pads and overlong skirts. If your shoulders are
broad, select a soft, silky fabric and never wear
shoulder pads. But if you are all over skinny,
choose a heavy brocade with a raised design.
Some cheongsam collars are high, flattering
anyone with a long neck. Those whose necks
are short should seek out a lower collar line.
You can find a cheongsam to suit any
season. Light fabrics like cotton, silk and
poplin suit summer’s warmer days. Satin
and velor will keep you cozy in winter. The
cheongsam even makes a beautiful white
wedding dress, appearing at the same time
demure and voluptuous.
