Narrated Al-Mughira:<br />

Our Prophet has informed us our Lord's Message that whoever of us is martyred, will go to Para-<br />

Volume 9, Book 93, Number 622:<br />

Narrated 'Aisha:<br />

Whoever tells you that the Prophet concealed something of the Divine Inspiration, do not believe<br />

him, for Allah said: 'O Apostle Muhammad! Proclaim (the Message) which has been sent down to<br />

you from your Lord, and if you do it not, then you have not conveyed His Message.' (5.67)<br />

Volume 9, Book 93, Number 623:<br />

Narrated 'Abdullah:<br />

A man said, "O Allah's Apostle! Which sin is the biggest in Allah's Sight?" The Prophet said, "To set<br />

up rivals unto Allah though He Alone created you." That man said, "What is next?" The Prophet said,<br />

"To kill your son lest he should share your food with you.'' The man said, "What is next?" The Prophet<br />

said, "To commit illegal sexual intercourse with the wife of your neighbor." Then Allah revealed in<br />

confirmation of that: "And those who invoke not with Allah any other god, nor kill such life as Allah<br />

has made sacred except for just cause, nor commit illegal sexual intercourse and whoever does this<br />

shall receive the punishment..... (25.68)<br />

Volume 9, Book 93, Number 624:<br />

Narrated Ibn 'Umar:<br />

Allah's Apostle said, "Your stay (in this world) in comparison to the stay of the nations preceding<br />

you, is like the period between 'Asr prayer and the sun set (in comparison to a whole day). The<br />

people of the Torah were given the Torah and they acted on it till midday and then they were unable<br />

to carry on. And they were given (a reward equal to) one Qirat each. Then the people of the Gospel<br />

were given the Gospel and they acted on it till 'Asr Prayer and then they were unable to carry on, so<br />

they were given la reward equal to) one Qirat each. Then you were given the Qur'an and you acted<br />

on it till sunset, therefore you were given (a reward equal to) two Qirats each. On that, the people of<br />

the Scriptures said, 'These people (Muslims) did less work than we but they took a bigger reward.'<br />
