Die Früherkennung von disruptiven Technologien,
deren physikalischer Leitplanken
sowie des digitalen Veränderungspotenzials
ist der Schlüssel zu langfristigen,
nachhaltigen Innovationen in der Luftfahrt.
Das „Technologieradar“ des Bauhaus
Luftfahrt fungiert als Antenne für Technologiesprünge
in den Domänen Energie,
Materialien, Photonik, Sensorik und
Information. Um Zukunftstechnologien
quantitativ zu analysieren, wird eine eigens
entwickelte, auf naturwissenschaftliche
Prinzipien gestützte Methodik angewandt.
Die Potenziale der „Digitalen Transformation“
werden entlang der Wertschöpfungskette
und im Kontext neuer Geschäftsmodelle
durch eine transdisziplinäre,
soziotechnologische und systemische
Herangehensweise erforscht. Die technologischen
und digitalen Innovationspotenziale
werden so auf unterschiedlichen
Komplexitätsebenen bewertet und
ermöglichen die Entwicklung stimmiger
Zukunftskonzepte.
The early detection of disruptive technologies,
of their ultimate physical performance
capability and of the digital
transformation potential is the key to
long-term, sustainable innovations in
aviation. The “Technology Radar” of
Bauhaus Luftfahrt acts as an antenna
for step-change technological advancements
in the domains of energy,
materials, photonics, sensors, and
information. In order to analyse future
technologies quantitatively, a specially
developed method based on scientific
principles is used.
The potential of “Digital Transformation”
is researched along the value
chain and in the context of new business
models using a transdisciplinary, sociotechnological,
and systemic approach.
The technological and digital innovation
potentials are evaluated at different
levels of complexity and enable the
development of sound overall future
concepts.
