HOMEMADE OAT MILK

Now you can buy this from the shop however, making

it at home is approximately 5 times cheaper.

1 cup of oats to 4 cups of water + muslin cloth

Soak oats in water for 15-30 mins

Rinse the oats and blend with 4 cups of fresh water

Pass through a muslin cloth into a bottle using a

funnel. Store in the fridge for 2-3 days.
