Monitoring & Evaluation<br />
A quarterly progress review will be<br />
undertaken <strong>and</strong> an annual report produced<br />
by the Climate Programme Manager. The<br />
adaptation plan will be updated annually as<br />
our knowledge <strong>and</strong> underst<strong>and</strong>ing of the<br />
issues improves <strong>and</strong> as further research,<br />
guidance <strong>and</strong> tools are developed.<br />
The annual review process will include the<br />
following:<br />
• Targets /KPIs met<br />
• Adaptive Capacity Assessment<br />
• Policy <strong>and</strong> Procedural Review<br />
Reports will be submitted to the<br />
Environment <strong>and</strong> Regeneration Committee<br />
<strong>and</strong> Full Council meetings where appropriate<br />
as well as the All Party Climate Emergency<br />
Working Group.<br />
The Climate Programme Manager will report<br />
progress within the Civil Society <strong>and</strong> Local<br />
Government Adapts programme of the<br />
Northern Irel<strong>and</strong> Climate <strong>Change</strong> <strong>Adaptation</strong><br />
Programme.<br />
