The Climate <strong>Change</strong> <strong>Adaptation</strong> <strong>Plan</strong> vision is delivered by a supporting Action <strong>Plan</strong>. This outlines the short, medium <strong>and</strong> longterm<br />
actions to be delivered within the initial 5-year period by Council. Actions are allocated to each theme <strong>and</strong> categorised as<br />
those that are enabling by building adaptive capacity <strong>and</strong> those that deliver planning & adaptation action.<br />
The Climate <strong>Adaptation</strong> Working Group will continue to meet every quarter to monitor progress <strong>and</strong> maintain momentum<br />
towards delivering the actions. A monitoring <strong>and</strong> evaluation program will ensure the Council’s adaptation efforts are delivered <strong>and</strong><br />
kept up to date with emerging research, risks, tools <strong>and</strong> guidance.<br />
