such a need for this in our communities.
Dana Davin-Ward, with the Harbor
Home, and Bryce McGee, with Renewal
Ranch, have been mentors for me somewhat
in this board position. Their positive
energy and direction are inspiring. These
ministries reflect where my heart has been
the past few years. I also do food volunteer
for Haven House; I want to provide
the girls with a home-cooked meal for the
holidays to give them something special
when they are away from their own
homes. I have also served on the board
of the Boys and Girls Club of Faulkner
County and Conway Noon Rotary.”
In her rare spare time, Susan admits to
being “a chronic over-committer. My
favorite thing is riding horses; cooking
and reading would be close seconds. The
first two are usually with friends, and
I have to admit, we are all really, really
good cooks,” she says.
