Raegan McGhee
Oak & Ash Home Décor / Owner
Oak & Ash is inspired by a love and
passion for all things design. Founded by
Raegan McGhee, the boutique offers the
latest in home decor, furniture, and accessories.
Raegan is married to Bryce, “a huge supporter
of my dreams and a great business partner.”
Raegan grew up in the Conway area and graduated
from the University of Central Arkansas
with a Bachelors in Logistics and Supply Chain
Management. On her decision to open her
business, she says, “I love supporting small
businesses but found myself shopping outside
Conway to find those unique decor pieces to
complete my spaces. I always dreamed of a
place close to home where I could find them.
Sensing this need, I wanted to bring that to
Faulkner County. With that, I’m excited to see
what the future holds for Oak & Ash.”
Starting a business was
not a new concept for
Raegan. “My family
is full of entrepreneurs
who have
always encouraged
me to pursue my
dreams. My
grandmother,
Linda Linn,
has been my
role model;
I hope to give back to the community as she
has done,” she says.
Raegan loves the people of Faulkner County.
“This community is an incredible group of
people who are invested in our city. From
small businesses to local nonprofits, this area is
brimming with support and love. My husband
and I are very involved in the community.
We attend The Summit Church and work for
Renewal Ranch, where Bryce works full time
as Director of Marketing and Fundraising. We
also love bringing pieces of the community
back to life by restoring homes through our
business Urban Mortar,” says Raegan.
As for her advice for someone just starting out,
she says, “Follow your dreams and passions
and simply have fun. Remember to find joy in
each step of the process, so your dreams never
become just a job.”
