Yours Truly has been a Conway consignment
staple for 21 years. Located at
1052 Harrison Street, the store has 28
employees and offers apparel for men, women,
and juniors. Employees include Jennie Cash,
production leader; Dorothy Denney, production
leader assistant; Glo Bell, sales floor leader; and
Kathleen Jones, sales floor leader assistant.
The vision behind Yours Truly “Was to serve
the masses, to intake and tag thousands of items
each week, and to build a strong shopper base
as a result of offering new items daily.” Yours
Truly accepts a variety of clothing and accessories,
and the store offers items from young
adult/teen to maternity, plus size, women, and
men. Yours Truly adjusts supply to meet the
needs of their loyal shoppers and consignors.
Despite being in business for 21 years, the
staff constantly learns and evolves to meet
customer needs. “We are a growing and
changing business. We have expanded many
times, and we are always adjusting and
working on process improvement. Each year
we learn new ways to serve our customers
and consignors better; we process faster and
are more organized than ever before.”
Yours Truly impacts Faulkner County by
building community and offering a needed
service to its residents. “We offer a great place to
shop, and I love to hear the comments of new
shoppers who have just discovered the store.
They are always amazed at how large we are
and how much we look like a ‘new’ store. I like
hearing that, because that is our goal.”
