St. Francis Veterinary Clinic
Sharon Stone, DVM, Ashley Custer, DVM,

St. Francis Veterinary Clinic is located at 3180
Dave Ward Drive in Conway. Dr. Sharon
Stone, DVM, opened the doors of Nutters
Chapel Veterinary Clinic in 1995 at Nutters
Chapel Plaza. After five years of growth, the clinic
was relocated to its current location and given the
name St. Francis Veterinary Clinic. “The move
afforded us the opportunity to increase our size
and better serve our clientele,” says Dr. Stone.
A companion animal practice that offers
preventative care, surgery, dentistry, and general
medicine, the doctors have special interests in
advanced dentistry and exotics. St. Francis is also
a certified Cat Friendly Practice with the AAFP
(American association of feline practitioners).
“Not only do we provide care to pets who are
family members, we help prevent the spread of
contagious diseases spread by animals, help to
decrease the animal population within the county
by spaying/neutering, and provide education. We
also host a donation drive each year to help stock
supplies for our local animal shelter in Conway.”
Dr. Sharon Stone, DVM, received her B.S.
in biology from UCA, and her D.V.M. from
Louisiana State University. She has practiced
medicine since 1991, with a specialty in feline
medicine. When not working she enjoys
gardening, reading, and being with her family.
Dr. Ashley Custer, DVM, received her B.S. in
biology from Kennesaw State University and her
D.V.M. from Oklahoma State University in 2016.
Her special interests include acupuncture and
rehabilitative medicine. When not working she
enjoys running, reading, traveling, trivia nights,
and cheering on the Dallas Stars Hockey team.
Hannah Mason, Practice Manager, joined the
clinic in 2016 with a background in both finance
and management. While growing with the
clinic, she has organized countless events each
year to keep St. Francis involved in the community.
When not working she enjoys crafting,
traveling, hiking, kayaking, and spending time
with her fiancé and their dogs.
