AshburtonChiropractic ...
resolving spinal discomfort
AshburtonChiropractic is achiropractic clinicbasedinthe
heartofAshburton.
Owner operatorDrDebraCurtin hasbeen helping resolve
spinal pain and discomfort inMid Cantabrians for more
than 10 years.
People visit chiropractors for many different reasons
including neck pain, back pain, sciatica, headaches/
migraines, workplace, orsporting injuries, together with
general health and well-being like improved sleep, diet,
andstressmanagement.
“Most often people are prompted to seek aChiropractic
caredue to pain. Pain is the body’sbasic alarmsystemand
tells us that something is not working aswell asitcould,”
said Debra.
“Aschiropractors we arelooking forthe parts of your spine
where there isalack ofproper movement, what wecall a
‘chiropractic vertebral subluxation’and when these areas
of the spine are identified we will adjust this region to
improvespinalmovement. However, it maynot alwaysbe
whereyou mayfeel the pain,” says Debra.
Overall it is about having ahealthyspine to allow the freeflow
ofnerve signals from the brain to the spine to the
organs, muscles and tissues to get the correctmessages to
the rightplace forthe body to function optionally.
