CUBIC CRYSTALS

In a cubic crystal, the intercepts on the three axes are equal and all the angles are equal to 90°.

A cubic crystal can be any of the following three types:

(i) Simple crystal lattice (SC)

(ii) Body centered crystal lattice (BCC)

(iii) Face centered crystal lattice (FCC)
