20. The Idual Wetar Pollution control Act Amndnnta of
1972
The ?ederal Water Pollution Control Act Amendmontm of
1972 (33 U.S.C. 1368), generally prohibits Federal
contracts vith an entity to perform the contract at a
facility (1) at vhich a violation of the act occurred
and (2) the entity van convicted for the violation
under 33 U.S.C. 1319(c).
