20. The Idual Wetar Pollution control Act Amndnnta <strong>of</strong><br />

1972<br />

The ?ederal Water Pollution Control Act Amendmontm <strong>of</strong><br />

1972 (33 U.S.C. 1368), generally prohibits Federal<br />

contracts vith an entity to perform the contract at a<br />

facility (1) at vhich a violation <strong>of</strong> the act occurred<br />

and (2) the entity van convicted for the violation<br />

under 33 U.S.C. 1319(c).<br />

The Federal Tort Claima Act, am amended, provides at 28<br />

U.S.C. 2672 that claims for money damages for personal<br />
