1974. the Corporation, in an informal agreement with Congress,<br />

information principles in CPB's operations, consistent with its<br />

private status and Constitutionally protected activities in the<br />

area <strong>of</strong> broadcast program support. In exchange <strong>of</strong><br />

Uilliam Moorehead, CPB outlined the principles under which it<br />

would follow the spirit <strong>of</strong> the Freedom <strong>of</strong> Information Act.<br />
