FRUITY THICK SHAKE<br />

Wonderfully fruity, especially when a lot of nutrition shakes are chocolate, vanilla<br />
or banana.<br />
METHOD<br />
INGREDIENTS<br />
• Ensure Juice Plus Fruit Punch<br />
• Ensure Plus Vanilla<br />
• 100ml milk<br />
• Handful of frozen berries<br />
• Ice<br />
In the cup add all the ingredients, adding the ice up to the line.<br />
Blend for 45 seconds.<br />
This works well with some cinnamon added before blending.<br />
If you’re not using Ensure then mix 100ml red fruits yoghurt and increase the milk to 200ml.<br />

BANANA PIE SHAKE<br />

Once again, a couple of biscuits blended in made the shake taste more like a pie.<br />
Perfect!<br />
METHOD<br />
Add all of the ingredients, except the squirty cream, into the blender.<br />
INGREDIENTS<br />
• 50ml banana yoghurt<br />
• 2 scoops vanilla ice cream<br />
• 150ml milk<br />
• 1 banana, peeled and frozen in<br />
chunks<br />
• 2 digestive biscuits<br />
• 1 tbsp chia seeds<br />
• Squirty cream (optional)<br />
Top up with ice to the line.<br />
Blend for 35 seconds. You want it thick.<br />
Add some squirty cream on top.<br />
