Seasonal foods give your body and mind what it<br />

needs to thrive in each season. In this session, we’ll be<br />

discovering the foods that will help you make the most<br />

of the bountiful fresh produce available in summer.<br />

We’ll also discuss the basics of Chinese Dietary therapy<br />

including the thermal qualities of food and the best<br />

cooking methods for summer.<br />

• Then in the hands-on portion of the workshop, we will cover how and when to pot a plant and determine what<br />
