ikers 14th annual toy run<br />

We are pleased to announce the 14th annual Toy<br />

Run. Bikers meet at the Arrow pub, Gedling Road,<br />

<strong>Arnold</strong>, <strong>NG5</strong> 6NY between 11am and 12noon on<br />

Saturday 11 <strong>Dec</strong>ember. Hot bacon and sausage<br />

butties will be served along with tea and coffee.<br />

The Bikers Township Tour will then be flagged off by<br />

the Mayor at around midday.<br />

The Santa bike procession will be hitting the roads<br />

of <strong>Arnold</strong>, Daybrook, Woodthorpe and Mapperley.<br />

Finishing up in Eagle Square, <strong>Arnold</strong> there will be an<br />

opportunity for riders to showcase their bikes, giving<br />

local shoppers’ and their families a festive photo<br />

shoot.<br />

The Tour will then return to the Arrow for the Mayor<br />

of Gedling Borough Council, Meredith Lawrence, to<br />

judge the “Best Dressed Father Christmas Bike, and<br />

Biker.” and announce the prize winners.<br />

If you are able to donate, toys would be most<br />

gratefully received. Please drop any donations to the<br />

Arrow pub. Donated toys will be collected by team<br />

members from the Salvation Army and delivered to<br />

underprivileged children this Christmas.<br />
