I’m going to make this article one of the most<br />

valuable you’ll ever read. Stop the cycle you’re<br />

currently in and begin chasing that lifestyle you<br />

want; there’s no better time than the present to<br />

create a positive change.<br />

Here goes….<br />

Exercise doesn’t need to be a big shock. It<br />

can be as simple as moving around a little more.<br />

Yes, strength training has benefits, but to begin<br />

with let’s just get moving a little more, and<br />

consistently.<br />

Here’s a short circuit you can perform at home:<br />

Simple Home circuit (30 mins)<br />

Perform each for 1 minute, on the minute for x3<br />

rounds (1 min rest between rounds).<br />

• Running on the spot<br />

• High knees<br />

• Jump/alternating lunges<br />

• Mountain climbers<br />

• Inch worm (walkout)<br />

• Jumping jacks<br />

• Alternating side lunge<br />

• Abs crunch<br />

Mindset is a fairly new term, yet it is part of<br />

our health that most of us don’t know how to<br />

address. Your mental health is the foundation of<br />

your journey, and will help you continue on to<br />

greatness.<br />

It is as important to do the reps mentally as it is<br />

physically.<br />

Here are a few things to focus on that will<br />

drastically improve your results.<br />

1. Self-care - are you taking time out?<br />

2. Being prepared - your schedule, your<br />

priorities<br />

3. How you treat/talk to yourself<br />

Being mindful of who you are, and your actions,<br />

will drastically change how you go about living a<br />

greater fulfilled life.<br />
