BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Proposed Transit-Oriented Development (TOD)
is situated on a 6.75-acre plot of land, and will
consists of residential, commercial, SOHO and
serviced apartment units to be developed in
three phases.
Phase 1 consists of a 45-storey tower
with 495 serviced apartment units and a
44-storey SOHO tower with 352 units, one
podium block with business space, affordable
shoplots, a 7-storey carpark space, one
unit for kindergarten, a garbage space and
a mechanical space. Phase 2 comprises a
50-storey tower with 550 serviced apartment
units and a 44-storey SOHO tower with
352 units. Phase 3 comprises a 55-storey
serviced apartment tower and one block of 484
affordable apartments. All six blocks will have
one floor furnished with facilities.
