BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Proposed RUMAWIP project comprises six
blocks of affordable serviced apartment with a
total of 3,032 units, and will be developed in two
phases.
Currently under construction is Phase 1,
consisting of two 36-storey towers (Block A
and B) with 491 serviced apartment units each,
and a 37-storey tower (Block C) with 538 units,
including a 7-storey podium for carpark and
facilities.
Phase 2 will consists of two 42-storey
towers (Block D and E) with 460 serviced
apartment units, and a 42-storey (Block F) with
492 serviced apartment units, including an
8-storey carpark podium, one-storey basement
carpark, lifestyle facilities, garbage disposal and
guardhouse.
