BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Proposed project is a leasehold low-density
development. It comprises two blocks of 39-40
storey residential towers housing a total of
226 units atop a 8-storey podium; Block A will
have 149 units, and Block B will have 77 units.
The units are available in several layouts with
built-up areas of 2,098 - 6,114 sq ft (3 + 1 to 4
+ 1 bedrooms. Selected units also come with

development offers extensive range of facilities
