The Deichbrand Festival near Cuxhaven
took place for the first time in 2005
and has since developed into one of
the top festivals in the north. It not only
stands for a broad spectrum of music
and offers something suitable for fans
of reggae as well as rock fans or hip
hoppers; a large focus is also on electronic
music. The concept of alternating
open-air stages is also innovative
and ensures that no one misses any of
the many highlights. There are now four
stages, the Fire Stage, the Water Stage,
the Palace Tent as well as the Manege in
the Green Circus.
