Purchase only those ingredients;
then, as you move on to other recipes,
buy the new necessary ingredients as
you need them. Over time, you’ll amass
a fully stocked bar without feeling the
sting of one large, painful cash outlay.
Second, buy smaller bottles. Many
spirits can be found in cheaper, halfsized
375 ml bottles; better yet, look for
