Information and referrals for Landlords, Tenants, and Homeowners
(deposits, repairs, evictions, noise, privacy, fences, trees and
hedges, animals). Mediation and Conciliation of Disputes between
landlords, tenants, neighbors, contractors, clients, businesses,
consumers, employers, employees, co-workers, and others.
Why Mediation? Mediation is convenient, confidential, informal,
and effective. Mediation enables the parties to resolve disputes
themselves and offers an alternative to going to court or doing
nothing.
