Summer Camp 2022

Withdraw, Transfer,
and Cancellation Policy
All transfer and withdrawal requests need to be received in writing within the time frames
provided below. Email is encouraged and can be sent to EnjoyOnline@cityofpaloalto.org
Mailed requests must be delivered prior to the end of the allotted time frame and can be
sent to:

In-Person Summer Camp 2021 Policies:
WITHDRAWAL POLICY: Families will have until Monday at noon 1 week
prior to the start date of the camp to withdraw and receive a refund. As with
our seasonal withdrawal fee, the customer will have the option to receive the
entire camp fee as credit on their account or pay a $15 processing fee per
camp, per child, for a refund to their credit card. Withdrawals received less
than 1 weeks prior to the start date will not receive a refund.
TRANSFERS: Families will have until Monday at noon the week prior to the
first day of camp to transfer to another program. Transfers are always subject
to space availability and the customer is responsible for any additional
program fees.
CANCELLATIONS: Refunds for camps that have been cancelled by the City
are always 100% refundable.
Virtual Summer Camp 2021 Policies:
WITHDRAWAL POLICY: Families will have 5 days prior to the start date of
the program or workshop to withdraw and receive a refund. As with our
seasonal withdrawal fee, the customer will have the option to receive the
entire program or workshop fee as credit on their account, or pay a $15
processing fee per program, per participant, for a refund. Withdrawals
received later than this will not receive a refund.
TRANSFERS: Families will have 5 days prior to the first day of the program or
workshop to transfer to another program. Transfers are always subject to
space availability and the customer is responsible for any additional program
fees.
CANCELLATIONS: Refunds for programs or workshops that have been
cancelled by the City are always 100% refundable.
