Allow me to introduce myself. I’m Jeremy Charles, an adopted<br />
member of the Floridian family. I relocated to Palm Beach from<br />
a small Caribbean Island a few miles off the coast of Florida<br />
back in 2001. As a kid I can recall involuntarily waking up one<br />
Saturday morning at 7am to start my workday because my 3 older<br />
biological sisters refused to babysit. To my surprise it was a blessing<br />
in disguise. On our way to work my mom drove through this siren and<br />
tropical road, (A1A), to get to the Residence Inn by Marriot on the<br />
corner of <strong>Atlantic</strong> <strong>Ave</strong> and Seabreeze <strong>Ave</strong>. I remember escaping my<br />
duties to explore the <strong>Ave</strong> and admire Lady <strong>Atlantic</strong>. Like an attractive<br />
woman with many admirers, I have been in love with the city of Delray<br />
Beach since then. Choosing a career in Real estate should derive<br />
from the same unrelenting passion instead of the “love of looking<br />
at beautiful houses and being good with people.” One must have<br />
grit to persist during improbable outcomes, an insatiable desire for<br />
development of their craft, and a genuine interest in getting to know<br />
people with the objective of matching them with the right home.<br />
