3 times a week, you will forget about back
problems.
1. LIFTING LEGS TO CHEST
Lean against the door or against the wall
without a plinth so that the back of the head,
the shoulder blades, buttocks, and heels are
pressed tightly against its surface. Holding this
position, pull the right knee to the chest. Hold
this position for 30 seconds, then change your
leg and repeat the exercise.
Repeat the exercise 10 times.
