Nurse Maude’s Health & Mobility Shop<br />
in Wairakei Road has long been the place<br />
to go for those who need specialised<br />
products that allow them to live as<br />
independently as possible in their own<br />
home.<br />
For those suffering permanent disability,<br />
needing temporary supplies or equipment<br />
post-surgery, incontinence products. or<br />
wanting to buy or hire wheelchairs, the<br />
Health & Mobility Shop makes it possible<br />
to minimise people’s reliance on others as<br />
they go about their day to day lives.<br />
Being able to hire and buy specialist<br />
equipment and supplies is a large part of<br />
being able to retain that independence,<br />
with a wide range of equipment and<br />
products from shower stools to utensils.<br />
Nurse Maude has been caring for the<br />
people of Canterbury since 1896, with the<br />
emphasis on keeping people in their own<br />
homes and communities for as long as<br />
possible, and whenever possible.<br />
Access to these products and this<br />
equipment, along with expert advice, is<br />
an integral part of living and participating<br />
fully in the community.<br />
Because health and mobility issues<br />
don’t keep business hours, Nurse Maude<br />
has made sure there are options when it<br />
comes to accessing what they need.<br />

Road shop is open 8.30am to 4.30pm<br />
Monday to Friday, with easily accessible<br />
parking right at the door, while Maudes<br />
Online allows you to shop 24 hours a day,<br />
