Welcome to the
Royal Torbay Yacht
Club Yearbook 2022
Inside this annual publication you will find
details of our Club Racing and Championship
sailing programmes for this year, along with lots
of useful information for members, prospective
members, visitors or those that are looking to
make use of our facilities for an event or function.
Due to the impact of Covid our programmes
for 2020 and 2021 were disrupted but we very
much hope that 2022 will see a return to (new)
normal service.
Our Bar Manager and Head Chef can keep you well
fed and watered while you take advantage of the
wonderful facilities and spectacular view of the bay
from our club house and gardens.
We continue to work closely with our fellow clubs
in the bay and other marine users. Without their
support and the assistance of the Harbour Master’s
team it would not be possible to put on the
fantastic events we have
planned for this year.
I look forward to seeing
you both afloat and in the
clubhouse during the
course of 2022.
