fresh raspberry, vanilla, apricots and
candy floss (we’re swooning), and
tastes of strawberry with notes of
freshly crushed coriander. It’s a silky,
full bodied wine which is perfect to
serve with smoked salmon or egg
canapés, sushi, avocado dishes and

the Week, an Instagram account full of recipes
for people who don’t like recipes. A food
developer and stylist, who worked at Donna
Hay magazine, learning all about the beauty of
simple, fresh food, she’s also very, very funny.
And isn’t afraid to admit that sometimes she
wants to cook, other times ... not so much. So
Monday, she says, has potential - there are
lists and ideas, and the fridge is full,. But by
Thurs ... well, we’re not even typing the full
day anymore, so it’s all about what’s in the
freezer? What can we pimp? So there are
some really fabulous dishes you can happily
serve at a dinner party (with minimum fuss) ...
