SALAD ATELIER
Salad Atelier was founded on the principle of providing healthy
whole foods in response to the country’s dramatic rise in
obesity and noncommunicable disease rates. Established in
2014, Salad Atelier’s mission is to encourage people to go
green with their food choices and to nourish themselves with
real, unprocessed ingredients. It aspires to be the go-to spot
for busy Malaysians and expats who are tired of food that is
overly processed and seasoned. After six years in the F&B
industry, Salad Atelier founders noticed that while Malaysians
strive for a healthy lifestyle, many struggle to find a consistent
supply of the perfect, healthy meal. As a result, salad packages
with brown rice, and poke bowls are now available on its
delivery platform, providing the community with a healthy
meal solution. Its mission remains the same since its inception:
to provide healthy food to everyone while also encouraging
sustainable eating habits.
