Salad Atelier was founded on the principle of providing healthy<br />
whole foods in response to the country’s dramatic rise in<br />
obesity and noncommunicable disease rates. Established in<br />
2014, Salad Atelier’s mission is to encourage people to go<br />
green with their food choices and to nourish themselves with<br />
real, unprocessed ingredients. It aspires to be the go-to spot<br />
for busy Malaysians and expats who are tired of food that is<br />
overly processed and seasoned. After six years in the F&B<br />
industry, Salad Atelier founders noticed that while Malaysians<br />
strive for a healthy lifestyle, many struggle to find a consistent<br />
supply of the perfect, healthy meal. As a result, salad packages<br />
with brown rice, and poke bowls are now available on its<br />
delivery platform, providing the community with a healthy<br />
meal solution. Its mission remains the same since its inception:<br />
to provide healthy food to everyone while also encouraging<br />
