‘Residensi Idaman Selangorku’,
a project by PKNS to support the
National Affordable Housing Policy
or Dasar Perumahan Mampu Milik
(DRMM), is an initiative to tackle the
nation’s housing affordability concerns
in a holistic way. Equipped with three
bedrooms and two bathrooms, each
unit is also allocated two parking
lots. With a comfortable built-up
size of 1,000 sq ft, the units are
affordably priced at RM232,000. The
development also pays great attention
to natural sunlight, air ventilation and
residents’ right to privacy.

the B40 community in Selangor
to settle into homes of their own,

for ease of access for the differentlyabled.
