BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Project is a leasehold affordable development
situated on 4.23 acres of state-owned land. It
has two parcels; Parcel A comprises 482 units

and six levels of shops and offices. Meanwhile
Parcel B will consist of 321 units of Low-Medium
Cost Apartments with built-up of 700sq ft.
