But what are the real consequences of this forced break? What will travel look like in the future? It seems that we can look forward to a brilliant restart. But what particularly excites me: despite all the uncertainty and unprecedented restrictions on freedom of travel, there are courageous pioneers who have let their creativity run free. They used the break and created incredible new offers for us out of nothing and opened hotels that set new standards in the travel industry. Let's be happy about the freedom we've regained, which makes us appreciate travel, that was so natural before, in a whole new way. Let's look forward to rediscovering old places and taking new places to our hearts. Let's be happy about new trends and the promising spirit of optimism in the travel industry. Zwei harte Jahre für uns alle, aber besonders die Reisebranche hat gelitten, so heißt es von allen Seiten. Doch welche Folgen hat diese Zwangspause wirklich? Wie sieht das Reisen in Zukunft aus? Es scheint, als dürften wir uns über einen fulminanten Neustart freuen. Was mich besonders begeistert: Trotz all der Ungewissheit und vorher nie dagewesenen Einschränkungen in der Reisefreiheit gibt es mutige Pioniere, die ihrer Kreativität freien Lauf gelassen haben. Sie haben die Pause genutzt und aus dem Nichts für uns sagenhafte neue Angebote kreiert und Hotels eröffnet, die neue Maßstäbe in der Reiseindustrie setzen. Freuen wir uns über die zurückgewonnene Freiheit, die uns das Reisen, das vorher so selbstverständlich war, wieder ganz neu wertschätzen lässt. Freuen wir uns darauf, alte Orte neu zu entdecken und neue Orte in unser Herz zu schließen. Freuen wir uns über neue Trends und die vielversprechende Aufbruchstimmung in der Reisebranche.
