IG also movedforward in this agenda making decisions thatwould work as milestones across the decade. Inthe first place, the management of IG decidedthat gender equality should be promoted fromthe very start at the new Zarate Plant. Today25% of plant production team members arewomen when average for metallurgic plantsdoes not exceed 5%.
