When adding fine wines to menus and choosing<br />
something special to drink for that ‘big occasion’,<br />
there is a tendency to stray towards the classic<br />
grape varietals of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc<br />
and Pinot Noir; usually from more traditional<br />
old-world countries like France, Italy and Spain.<br />
There are, however, a vast amount of incredible<br />
wines and wineries from all around the world<br />
using exciting winemaking techniques and<br />
grape varieties not always associated with fine<br />
