40ml Bacardí Carta Blanca Rum<br />

20ml Blood Orange Juice<br />

20ml Lime Juice<br />

2tsp Caster Sugar<br />

2 dashes of Angustora Bitters<br />

10ml Grenadine<br />

Bat-shaped Jelly Sweets<br />

6-10 Mint Leaves<br />

Dissolve sugar with Bacardí Carta Blanca Rum,<br />

blood orange juice and lime juice, then add half<br />

of the mint leaves, bitters and crushed ice. Mix<br />

well and top with more crushed ice. Float the<br />

grenadine on top before garnishing with the rest<br />

of the mint leaves and bat jelly sweets<br />

Skeleton Key<br />

INGREDIENTS<br />

35ml Bourbon<br />

25ml St Germain<br />

Elderflower Liqueur<br />

15ml Lemon Juice<br />

60ml Ginger Beer<br />

8 Dashes Angostura Bitters<br />

HOW TO MAKE IT<br />

Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour in the<br />

Bourbon followed by the St Germain,<br />

followed by the lemon juice and stir. Top<br />

with ginger beer and stir gently. Finish<br />

with the Angostura bitters.<br />

HOW TO MAKE IT<br />

50ml Sailor Jerry<br />

125ml Ginger Beer<br />

15ml Creme de Cassis<br />

Lime peel<br />

Add the Sailor Jerry and the Creme de<br />

Cassis to a high-ball glass over cubed ice<br />

before topping up with the ginger beer.<br />

Garnish with a piece of lime peel.<br />
