No longer the ‘new kid on the block’,
Chosen Home, which was founded in
September 2020, has grown from a
four-strong team with big ambitions
and just one property to market to
an award-winning team of 12 - and
the fact that it recently listed its 100th
property, a £3.75million farm on the
exclusive Little Aston Estate, shows just
how far it has come.
Director Nicki Ash said: “We know
people thought we were mad back
then, launching an estate agency in
such a well-represented area; never
mind in the middle of a pandemic!
“Fortunately, we love a challenge
and we’ve never looked back. Having successfully
launched our ‘we sell your home for free’ model
throughout Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham and
Worcestershire, we’ve built up a strong reputation
for delivering first-class customer service, providing
accurate market intelligence and advice, and
putting together outstanding marketing packages
to sell properties throughout the region for the best

Now just a matter of weeks from its second
anniversary, the past month has seen Chosen Home
make big advances, expanding its sales team further
with the appointments of Christopher Stuart and
Lisa Freer, both of whom are well-known and
respected within the Midlands.
Christopher, who formerly operated his own
estate agency, brings years of retail and property
experience within the Sutton Coldfield
area, while Lisa joins the business from
Fine & Country, bringing years of
experience in selling Midlands property
and joining her former colleague
Gemma Hemming, who became one of
the Chosen Few in May.
And that’s not all. “We have big plans
for the remainder of 2022,” said
Nicki, “with an ongoing recruitment
campaign and our expansion into the
wider Midlands this autumn. We’ve
been overwhelmed by the response
to Chosen Home so far, so with an
extended team now in place, it’s time
to branch out and introduce ourselves
further afield!”
