David has lived and worked in San
Diego for more than 35 years
and can’t think of any other place he
would rather be. Since 2001 David has
been a member of the San Diego Real
Estate community and is proud of the
work that he is doing at Harcourts
Prime Properties. He loves selling
homes at the highest price in the
shortest timeframe and afterwards
finding the perfect house for his clients
to call home.
At the core of what David does runs
a common theme of service, connection,
trust, and community. For
his clients, it means he is working
around the clock on their behalf, being
transparent as issues arise and always
keeping their best interest topof-mind.
In 2004, he and his wife opened
Jamroc 101 Caribbean Grill and,
shortly thereafter, joined the Encinitas
Chamber of Commerce as an additional
way to connect with the community.
Now, as the current Chairman of
the Board at the Chamber, those values
are reflected in his relationship
with members. Whether it be at a
Moonlight Mixer, facilitating Coffee
Connections, or volunteering at Oktoberfest,
David looks forward to connecting
with members and recruiting
others to join the Chamber, as it’s
such an important organization that
supports the growth and commerce
of Encinitas.
