Encinitas on Sunday, January 8, 10am-2pm on historic
Coast Highway. Explore Downtown Encinitas via bike,
on foot or other means of self-powered transportation, free of cars! Grab your
friends and family, bring the bikes and enjoy downtown Encinitas at a different

Cyclovia Encinitas is a partnership effort between the City of Encinitas
Environmental Commission, the Traffic and Public Safety Commission, with
support from the San Diego County Bicycle Coalition and Encinitas 101. The
event is intended to promote mobility and the City’s Climate Action Plan.
Encinitas Holiday Parade

The Encinitas Holiday Parade Committee is
excited to announce the 2022 parade theme is
“Classic Encinitas”. From cars to fashion to music,
and Encinitas legends, lore and tradition, at the 2022 parade we’ll see our parade
entries go all out representing what “Classic Encinitas” means to them. Look
forward to a blast from the past and a holiday celebration for ages! The Parade
Committee is also happy to name Encinitas’ own, Warren Raps as the 2022 Parade
Grand Marshal. Give Warren a wave and a holler as he cruises the parade route at
this year’s parade.
Spring Egg Hunt

The City of Encinitas presents its annual Spring Egg Hunt. Adding to the fun of
20,000 eggs the event features hourly live musical performances.
No sign-up is required for this event, just bring your basket and
enjoy the fun!
Egg hunt times are as follows:
• 10:15 – ages 4 & under- upper field, 5 & up lower field
• 11:00 – ages 4 & under- upper field, 5 & up lower field
• 11:45 – ages 4 & under- upper field, 5 & up lower field
