Ingredients<br />
60ml 6 O’Clock Damson Gin<br />
200ml spiced apple juice<br />
Orange wheel<br />
Cinnamon stick<br />
Star anise<br />
Method<br />
Infuse the apple juice by gently heating with<br />
your favourite winter spices for around 20<br />
minutes. Decant the infused apple juice into a<br />
heatproof glass or mug and top up with 50ml<br />
of damson gin. Garnish with an orange wheel,<br />
cinnamon stick, and star anise.<br />

25ml Kraken Rum<br />
Hot mulled cider<br />
Cinnamon stick<br />
Apple slices<br />
Method<br />
Add 25ml Kraken rum to a glass, top up with hot<br />
mulled cider. Add a cinnamon stick and apple<br />
slices to garnish.<br />
