SCORING ON HIS RETURN FROM INJURY AS QPR

Willock, who had just come on as
a second-half replacement for
Andre Dozzell, fizzed a low drive
against the post before Canaries
goalkeeper Angus Gunn
stretched to push away Lyndon
Dykes’ follow-up header.
Norwich had earlier hit the post
themselves through Teemu
Pukki, but the R’s also went close
in the first half as both Ilias Chair
and Tim Iroegbunam forced
saves from Gunn.
While Willock’s first appearance in
a month helped to spur Rangers
on as the game progressed, they
were also indebted to Seny Dieng
for ensuring the scoresheet
remained blank.
Dieng was in top form to
deny Gabriel Sara and Onel
Hernandez before Norwich
struck the woodwork again
through Grant Hanley, with the
final kick of the night.
