To make registration easier for ongoing fitness<br />

programs, residents may purchase classes up to<br />

three months in advance. Registration is now open<br />

for all December, January and February classes.<br />

Cost varies per session.<br />

Effective Jan. 1, fitness class registration fees will<br />

increase to $5 for each class per session. Drop-in<br />

fee will increase to $10 per class.<br />

All Levels Yoga<br />

Monday and Wednesday | 9 to 10 a.m.<br />

This class is suitable for all levels of yoga practice. The class<br />

moves at a slow to moderate pace and offers modifications<br />

so participants can customize the class to fit their specific<br />

needs. Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle.<br />

Strength and Balance<br />

Monday and Wednesday | 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.<br />

This class is designed to work on strengthening and<br />

lengthening muscles. Light weights and resistance bands<br />

will also be used. This class is designed for all levels.<br />

Yoga Basics<br />

Designed for the beginner, learn how to incorporate yoga<br />

breathing techniques, body and spinal alignment and how<br />

to properly and safely work your body into different yoga<br />

postures including standing, sitting and balancing poses.<br />

Water fitness is an excellent way to get a low-impact cardio<br />

While most DC Ranch programming is intended for<br />

residents only, there may be an instance where residents<br />

would like to invite a guest. Please contact the program<br />

coordinator listed on the calendar or registration page<br />

to make this request. There are many factors such as<br />

space, capacity, food, beverage, etc. that the program<br />

coordinator must consider for each program and may not<br />

always be able to accommodate the request.<br />
