This class is suitable for all levels of<br />

yoga practice. The class moves at<br />

a slow to moderate pace and offers<br />

modifications so participants can<br />

customize the class to fit their specific<br />

needs. Teachers focus on alignment and<br />

breathing techniques to safely stretch<br />

and strengthen students. Please bring a<br />

yoga mat, towel and water bottle.<br />

Strength and Balance<br />

This class is designed to work on<br />

strengthening and lengthening your<br />

muscles. We will be working on your<br />

core and balance to give an all-around<br />

workout. A portion of the class will be<br />

on stretching the larger muscle<br />

groups, helping improve flexibility and<br />

decreasing risk for injury. Please bring<br />

Please note there is a no refund policy for all DC Ranch programs.<br />

Guest Policy: While most DC Ranch programming is intended for residents only, there may be instances where<br />

residents would like to invite a guest. If a program is eligible, each resident may bring up to two (2) guests with a<br />

maximum of four (4) per household.<br />

New in <strong>2020</strong> is the “Early Registration” and “Registration” fee for Signature events. Early registration is defined<br />

as a ticket purchase made more than one week before the event date. Registration is defined as a ticket purchase<br />

made the week prior (Saturday to Saturday) to the event including day-of. This new fee structure aims to<br />

encourage timely registration so we can plan large events more accurately.<br />

registration and provide community center tours.<br />
