This lesson starts with a scale of all the natural notes on all six strings at the first position. This scale
should be memorized and played as one of your daily studies. You should play slowly and accurately
at first and only as your technique improves should you increase the speed. Have patience and
discipline. Strive to play accurately with a minimum of buzzing and other unwanted sounds.
