Earlier this year I had the privilege
of training some of Khansaheb’s
fantastic employees in Dubai.
While I was training with Joy,
Julie, Jutiresa and Wilson, I was
enthralled by their knowledge of
BICSc standards, their love of the
cleaning industry and just what
BICSc could offer them. After
getting back to the UK, I wanted
to share the incredible messages
that the Khansaheb FM team had
to say about their experience
of BICSc and their fantastic
journeys through the industry.

JULIE LEE
- SOFT SERVICES MANAGER,
CENTRAL
Julie oversees soft services
delivery across several FM
portfolios (including: commercial,
residential, schools, government
sector, healthcare and FMCG
companies in the UAE). She has
held her PBICSc for over 10 years
and manages the BICSc training
academy at Khansaheb, ensuring
that all Khansaheb FM staff are
trained to BICSc standard.
WILSON NGONGANG
- FACILITIES SUPERVISOR,
COMMERCIAL
Wilson received his first BICSc
licence in 2016 with his former
company and joined Khansaheb in
January 2017. Alongside his work
as Facilities Supervisor, Wilson is
also a BICSc Licensed Assessor and
loves sharing the knowledge and
skills he has learned with all of his
employees.
JUTIRESA CABASAL
- RESIDENT TRAINER/ASSESSOR
Jutiresa has been a BICSc Licensed
Assessor for 4 years. Alongside
her assessing, Jutiresa works as
a Soft Service Supervisor and
educates her amazing teams on
all things BICSc!
GLENDA SABATER
- SOFT SERVICES TEAMLEADER
Glenda became a BICSc Accredited
Trainer in 2021 and is soon looking
to progress to BICSc Licensed
Assessor. In her role as Team
Leader, Glenda ensures that the
standard of cleaning at her clients’
sites goes above and beyond what
is expected.
JOY VILLAGRACIA
- SOFT SERVICES MANAGER
Joy has recently undergone his
assessor training and is counting
down the days until his assessor
verification! Joy works as a
Soft Services Manager for an
international chain of hospitals
in the UAE.
Myself and the training team from
Khansaheb sat down and talked
through their experiences of BICSc
training, what it had offered to
them as individuals, how it had
impacted their colleagues, their
favourite BICSc memories and how
it felt to be part of the BICSc family.
