of this Handbook.<br />
You will also find a copy of the Rules and Regulations of the Club. The Rules set out<br />
how the club will be run and these may only be changed by the members at a<br />
general meeting. The Regulations are operational matters and these can be<br />
changed by the Council of Management at a monthly meeting.<br />
The staff organisation chart is also enclosed for you. The General Manager<br />
coordinates the staff team and reports to the Council of Management. The General<br />
Manager works alongside the heads of each department to ensure that the strategic<br />
direction is put into operational practice and that our team of staff are looked after to<br />
ensure that we have the best and most effective group of employees.<br />
