ACCOMPLISHMENTS IN 2022
As a GSFE member I thought you might like to see some of our accomplishments for 2022. I
believe we work hard to bring many opportunities for our members.
We did more but this is some of the ones I am remembering.
We brought in 141 new members thanks to the great work of our directors, co-directors and
members, here is the breakdown
41 New York Network
32 Coachella Valley Network
16 Menifee Network
14 Virtual Network
13 Temecula Valley Network
11 Central San Diego Network
10 Riverside Network
8 Oceanside Network
7 South Inland Empire Network
6 Long Beach Network
5 South Orange County Network
4 Northern Ca Network
4 Young Ladies network
2 Fallbrook Network
2 London Network
2 West Hollywood Network
1 Chelsey London Network
1 Canada Network
1 Victorville Network
We started the following networks: Chelsee England, Coachella Valley CA,, Fallbrook, CA ,
London England, and Young Ladies Network on Line.
Some of our networks that were live also added online so that way members could come live or
do zoom.
2023 networks that soon will be coming in are: Chino Hills, CA Marina Delrey CA, South Bay CA,
Philadelphia PA, and talking to some international locations for 2023 the ones I mentioned will
start as soon as the Directors and Co directors do the Director an Co Director training in January
that Dr. Angeline Benjamin runs
Because I keep showing up everywhere to promote gsfe and our members, two years ago I met
Movie Director Marneen Lynne Fields a fabulous actress and now directing her first movie which
she wrote and the script has already won many awards, Thru the relationship I have built with her
I was able to recommend over 50 GSFE members to be part of the movie, some will have small
Global Society For Female Entrepreneurs - www.globalsocietyforfemaleentrepreneurs.org
speaking parts and others will be extras, in the movie she is doing, She will be bringing in the
extras and others in the summer when she starts filming again, several members have already
been in scenes that have already been done.
Also, Marneen also is a song writer as well and is putting together several records and has
offered two of our members the opportunity to be recorded with her on these record labels.
We recommended numerous members to be speakers for SUE TALK and will continue to do
that each year that they do them, (SUE TALK is like a TED TALK but for Women) and is done by
Connected Women of Influence run by Michele Bergquest also a gsfe member. We also show up
at her awards events and nominate GSFE members for Awards.
We nominated several women for the LA Business Journal and Orange Business Journal Women’s
Awards.
We mentored and encouraged our members to do a book or be in a book and we had a total
of 50 members do that, we hope in 2023 to increase those numbers and some of the ones we
encouraged in 2022 are working on their second books or looking to be a part of other books.
We were responsible to over 492 awards to members, 26 received Honorary Doctorate Degree
awards in London 2 others received them prior to London. 80 members received SIMA Awards
in Long Beach, 80 received Kindness awards in November and because of relationships we were
able to see that 128 International Awards were received by members, 26 from Parliament, 26 from
SIMA in London, 26 for Ladies of All Nations and 40 other misc. online awards from International
over the year. 1 member received a Lady distinction and several members received Ambassador
distinctions.
Several of our members made it on the cover of magazines in 2022.
We helped many members get speaking engagements and be guests on podcasts and radio
shows.
We shared numerous opportunities to members some who grabbed the opportunity and others
that let them pass.
We encouraged our members to ASK and many did that and it opened doors for them so now
they are ASKING more.
We did a Lip Sync contest with Soboba and won $1,000 for GSFE thanks to Dr. Angelique Lynch
and Dr, Kara Maldonado GSFE Members who were the contestants for us we will hopefully be
able to do it again in 2023 if we get selected and use more members and hopefully win more
money as the top prize is 10,000 you have to be a nonprofit in Riverside County to be a part of
this. we learned of this opportunity from Member Raven Hilden CEO founder of MiLVet
We did Extravaganza 7 a fundraiser with entertainment and dessert at the Cherry Hills Golf Club
and raised 1000.00 we gave 500 to MilVet another nonprofit that serves veterans and kept the
other 500.00 for our non-profit
We took part in a Chili Cook off Fund raising event that Charmaine Summers did at the Golf
Course for GSFE and came in second place s well as we were one of the fund-raising recipients.
4
Global Society For Female Entrepreneurs - www.globalsocietyforfemaleentrepreneurs.org

We took part in Paint n Syp parties to support our member that does them
We donated gloves, slippers, blankets, hats and socks to a Christman event for Seniors, many
members were part of this
We donated Toys for the Holiday drive, this was done by many members
Many of showed up at MilVet monthly packing of packages for overseas veterans.
We did a clothing swap with our Young Ladies Group in Santa Monica where members got to
bring clothes and look for clothes and what was left, we donated to a shelter and there were
many bags for that donation.
We gave additional funds during the year to other nonprofits $100.00 to each for a total of
$300.00
We showed up as judges for many red carpet and beauty pageants which also gave us the
opportunity to promote GSFE
We encouraged many members enter Beauty pageants and many won...showing up gives more
exposure to the person at one pageant we had many winners.
We did our three annual events Fashion Show and Tea, Kindness Day, and our Online conference
all that were successful with good turnouts we hope in 2023 that these events will have even
more members show up.
We offered numerous online trainings to help our members learn more about social media and
other topics thru out the year at a low cost
We held network monthly meetings both live and online all year with dynamic speakers and the
opportunity for the attendees to tell us who they are, what they do and how we can help them
We encouraged our members to not only SHOWUP for their network meeting but to SHOW UP
at others as well to build relationships
We sent out Birthday cards for members birthday and other Holiday cards as well as just
because cards which always brought a message back how did you know I needed that message
today, GSFE just knows.
We helped numerous members find jobs; we mentored numerous members.
We encouraged members to submit news to their directors for the quarterly newsletter.
We added a page in the newsletter of our members book covers so we could promote their
books to others.
We added a page in our newsletter for members with podcasts or tv shows to add that
information so our members could contact them to be a guest.
Global Society For Female Entrepreneurs - www.globalsocietyforfemaleentrepreneurs.org
We opened up our membership to add Men Ambassadors in our networks who support women.
This was an idea presented by Director Bette King who had the first Ambassador and since then
other networks have added them
We continue to build our brand of GSFE which each year gets stronger and our look on all
documents is professional thanks to Gig and Marcy of Creative Solutions Marketing our members
who do all our graphics and printing and our newsletter.
We started the director and co-director trainings and interviews before we have a director run a
network.
We are always cheerleaders for all our members as we know how dynamic and special, they are
and encouraging them to step out, step up and go for their dreams.
6
We showed up and Collaborated with many other nonprofit events.
Many of our networks did special events as well as their regular meetings and I showed up as did
others to support those causes.
I attended numerous GSFE meetings over the year both live and online driving almost 1800 miles
a month to support our directors and their networks.
I am sure we did lots of other things but this is just some so you can see more about how GSFE
helps its members.
For 2023 I am going to keep a book on all that we do so we can have a greater report card for
this year.
Each of you are part of helping us achieve all this and I am most grateful for whatever you do to
help GSFE as together we can do more, remember we do not compete we complete each other.
2023 we will do our three fund raising signature events,
Fashion Show and Luncheon using a variety of our designers this year since we have had more
members join that do this, so they will be added as part of the Fashion Show so we will have a
variety of fashions and jewelry, it maybe May location and date not set yet I am working on that.
This event is live, but we will see if we can also zoom it as well. Chebra Dorsey “Ochea” Our
head designer will be back again as she has been with us every year.
GSFE online Conference will be in September Dr. Angeline Benjamin Chair and is working on date
and speakers
Kindness Day Awards is November 13th working on location. 2 members from each network plus
the director and co-director will receive awards. The 2 members awards are selected by the
director and co-director, they look at who is showing up from their membership for meetings,
supporting GSFE as well as doing other things in the community and who is kind to members
and others. Everyone wears pink as that’s Kindness Day colors. Last year it was in RIverside the
year before Orange County so i am looking for a different location and area for 2023.
Global Society For Female Entrepreneurs - www.globalsocietyforfemaleentrepreneurs.org

Other events we will do are (Note many networks will also do some special events and send out
flyers)
Clothing swap Sunday afternoon Feb 26 1pm confirming location tomorrow, everyone brings
a min 1 bag of clothes they no longer need in good shape, and we also want donations of new
toiletry items Dr Lauryn Hunter and her Young Ladies group and I will spearhead this event and
also work with our GSFE member that supports the veterans at the veterans Hospital in Long
Beach.
The clothes brought in the bags the gsfe members get first chance to go thru to see what fits
and leave with some items for FREE. what’s not taken will be donated to a women veterans
group run by one of our members who is a former vet. The new toiletries will also be donated to
the women veterans.
We all have things in our closet we don’t wear and so maybe what someone does not wear is
perfect for you and yours for them. We did one this past year in Santa Monica and it was great.
This one I think will be in Menifee confirming date now.
Lip Sync Soboba contest if we get accepted it’s in the Spring at Soboba
Extravaganza 8 fundraiser a day of Entertainment and Desserts we usually do it in Menifee as we
have a track record of people who show up for it each time, we do it, our entertainers donate
their time and we try and get the desserts donated, so it’s just a matter of letting them know the
date. It also works out to help us get new members as well.
The holiday parties are done by the networks, and we will support them as we usually do.
We will also look for International Collaborations with the individuals internationally that I have
built strong relations with that also offer opportunities for our members.
We have 40 members going to Atlanta in June to receive their Honorary Humanitarian Doctorate
degree,
I will continue to look for other award, speaking and other types of opportunities for our
members
We will continue to offer training classes online but hope in 2023 more members take advantage
of these classes as they are offered at a reasonable price.
We will promote events our networks do and hope you will show your support to them as well.
We will support events our members do as well.
Our directors are already booking dynamic speakers for their network meetings in 2023.
We will continue to search for new network locations across the world.
We will continue to grow GSFE and serve each of you to help you grow and soar.
We will SHOWUP and ASK.. Remember our Mission “ Empower, Inspire, Mentor, Educate and
AMAZING WOMAN
-Inspired by Robbie Motter’s motto:
It’s All About Showing Up
Time ßows like a river
It’s nothing to do with you
Take hold of your own life
There’s a lot of things to do.
If you never stop learning
You will be young in your heart
Look for your own motto
Love dressing up and be smart.
Always welcome changes
Use your ability
Be initiative
Take responsibility.
Never give up on your dreams
Widen your hidden wings
Don’t be afraid of your action
But be an inspiration
It’s all abut showing up showing up, showing up,
It’s all about asking ,
It’s about the way to make the world better be.
So restore back the place you belong to
And be blessed that you are: AMAZING WOMAN !
In 2024 I will again look at our members and submit some nominations for that year.
Global Society For Female Entrepreneurs - www.globalsocietyforfemaleentrepreneurs.org

I was honored while in London to also receive
numerous awards including a prestigious Lady Award
which was a big surprise. It was presented to Roberta L
Motter my official name, the title is Lady Roberta
L. Motter of Hougan Manor which also
included a small parcel of land at the Hougan Manor
Estate in Cambria England.
It was presented to me by Dr Caroline Makaka the
Founder CEO of The Ladies of All Nations. One never
know what can happen when they SHOW UP. Never
did I ever dream I would get a Humanitarian Honorary
Doctorate Degree which I got in April 2022 and then
in December 2022 getting a Lady Title and I am still
going thru the vetting process to see if I get awarded
the Ambassador of Peace for Ca from the United
Nations which I have been nominated for, it’s a long
process but even if I don’t get it I am honored that
the head Ambassador for Peace at the United Nations
nominated me.
I also was one of many of our GSFE members that
receive a great award at Parliament here is my photo
A few more London Photos one was from the Boat
party where everyone wore white and the other was
the day we launched GSFE London and also the day I
was presented the Lady Title.
Never thought also I would be in a movie with a small
speaking part, well GSFE member Marneen Lynne Fields
gave me the opportunity in the film she created which
is a true story about her mother it’s called Who’s Going
to Take Care of Me? See the photos of my scene and the
cover of the movie which when finished will be academy
award material and she will be submitting it to many film
award events. I play the role of history teacher Helen
Watson. If you have been promised an acting or extra role
in the film, Marneen Fields is planning to resume filming
April 2023 once funding is on the table, here is her go
fund me link should you know anyone that might want to
contribute any amount. 50 actors (a few GSFE members
including Me and Chebra Dorsey “Ochea” have filmed our
scenes)
https://gofund.me/11f9aedc
My scenes below they have already been shot, it was fun
but I think I prefer doing the talent scout thing more than
being an actress.
Global Society For Female Entrepreneurs - www.globalsocietyforfemaleentrepreneurs.org

There is still time to be in Book 2 of “It’s All About SHOWING UP and The POWER is in the
ASKING, we have quite a few who have already committed we are trying for 87 coauthors as we
are publishing it March 8 on International Womens Day and my 87th Birthday so it was suggested
that we go for 86 plus me will make 87 so if you are interested now is the time to take action as
2500 words are due Jan 15th plus your photo and contact info and the stories need to be about
how your life was moved into a different direction because you SHOWED UP or ASKED. Book
1 made #1 Best Seller in US the first day and was #1 International Best Seller and is available at
Amazon Barnes and Noble, Walmart and bookstores across the country come and be part of
book 2 your payment reserves your spot, Angela Covany the publisher of Havana Book Publishers
is publishing the book which will be edited and resent to you for your final approval before
adding it to the book. Again, deadline is January 15th so take action now if you want to be a part
of it. We received lots of letters on how Book 1 has changed lives and made people see the
power of SHOWING UP and ASKING and we know Book 2 is going to touch even more lives as
we have international people also as a part of the book.
I believe the year 2023 is going to be a great year for all our GSFE members. The key is keep
SHOWING UP and keep ASKING and most of all support your networks as your directors work
hard for you. Also take time to read the newsletter as lots of time and effort go into it to make it
the special newsletter it is. Its quarterly so be sure if you have news to give it to your director to
add to the news she puts together as we care about you and the things you do.
I sent an email to all members recently of our dues increase in case you did not read it the dues
are increasing to $75.00 January 1, 2023, we have never done an increase but many of our costs
have gone up so it was necessary to make the change and it is still the lowest price of any
Congratulations to Lady Amanda Coleman a GSFE New York member
Winner of Ms US Woman of Achievement in California on January 8th
34
This is more than me
by Ms. Florida Woman of Achievement 2023
My name is Amanda Coleman. Born and raised in the U.K. and currently
residing in Orlando, Florida. I am a millennial, a single parent,
a sister, and an inspirational leader that craves to see others succeed.
In my spare time, I enjoy going to the beach spending quality time
with my daughter and eating good authentic food. I enjoy listening
to music and singing.
My cause is to encourage Victims of Domestic Violence and provide
them with the resources women and men need to recover and live
free from Domestic Violence. A lot of times the victims feel *Stuck*
and * hopeless* and are afraid and often leave with nothing except
the clothes on their backs. I have been collecting and donating
clothes for people affected by domestic violence for a few years now.
I love seeing the glimpse of hope in the victim’s eyes when they are
given the clothes, their gratitude oftentimes brings me tears of joy!
They oftentimes are shocked that someone will give them something
with no strings attached.
This is a part of my legacy! This platform is important to me because
so many lives have been lost; I have had friends lose their life due to Domestic violence and they are
not here to fight so we fight one Woman/Man at a time I want to have a TEAM of ambassadors all over
the USA helping me promote my cause. I am wanting to start an organization that helps clothe, feed,
educate and revitalize victims of Domestic Violence after they flee the abuser. Back in 2003-2011, I
kept getting involved with men that did not mean me any good. I was Lonely and depressed after my
divorce. I suffered from low self-esteem, lacked confidence, and lost sight of my goals and dreams.
There are several stories I will share one day in hope that one listener will see and hear that although
I went through verbal, mental, and physical abuse I SURVIVED! I am not here to be average and as a
survivor, this cause is dear to my heart. Ending Domestic Violence will take a community, it requires
funds and a lot of love and focus.
Let us change the statistics and help put an END to domestic violence finally. I want to start here in
Florida and eventually go all over the world helping to SAVE LIVES! I would offer free Seminars and
support meetings, clothes drives, and quarterly events to bring about awareness. My Faith is what has
kept me this far and Faith would be an integral part of the healing and transition process; I will have
groups they could join for prayer sessions if they desire. I want to be able to celebrate these individuals
who have never been recognized in their life. I plan to have affordable homes for victims can go
and feel safe and then eventually have all the tools they need to PURCHASE their OWN HOMES!
Affordable housing is scarce and noticed this in my own life I was working but barely meeting the bills
because every year my rent would increase, and my income stayed the same.
I plan to partner with agencies for the workforce and offer professional help with resumes, and how to
dress for success, and offer help with public speaking through Toastmasters. We will need resources
for the work, and I am willing to ask for help and obtain sponsorships and grants to help me fulfill this
vision. I will continue to ask friends and family if they have any clothes t and shoes to donate to give to
people in need, The bible says without a vision people perish. I am here to be the change I want to see.
will happen, we belong to the Fallbrook chamber so I will be attending some of their
Sara Lypps who is our January speaker. This group meets the first monday of each month
at noon.
We also discovered a great thrift shop not far from our restaurant meeting place so we
always go early and find some great buys then head for the meeting at our restaurant
where we have a great private room. If you know anyone in the Fallbrook area tell them
What Every Woman Needs To Know About Finances
Sara Lypps received a Master’s in Business Administration from California State University, San Marcos
1n 2004. With two small children to raise and a small granite slab business to run, becoming a female
entrepreneur just made sense for her and her family. She decided to specialize in finance and real
estate. She achieved a Broker’s License in Real Estate, an Insurance License, and was even a mobile
Notary Public. She excelled in that industry until the great market crash of 2007-2008. A few years
after that in 2011, her husband tragically died, leaving her with four small children and a mountain of
debt. Somehow, she was able to turn her experience into a professional platform where she could help
others to get their personal and financial lives in order. She is a Comprehensive Financial Advisor and
Fiduciary offering a wide variety of services to meet all of your retirement planning needs and helps
you to navigate through whatever life throws at you. She is extremely passionate about educating,
empowering, & encouraging woman and their families take control of their finances. She takes a 360°
approach to looking at your current plan and determining where there may be gaps that need filling
in or areas that require attention or improvement. There is no such thing as a “one size fits all” method
when it comes to your financial future; every client gets a custom financial plan as well as a customized
course of action. There are many cares and concerns that she will address, leaving you with a better
overall understanding of where you are now and where to go from here, which offers you a greater
peace of mind. She’s a numbers girl who knows how to get the job done, is passionate about helping
people, leads from the heart, and always goes the extra mile to do the right thing for her clients.
“My ultimate goal is to provide my clients with freedom from doubt, worries, and anxieties around
all of their finances and their financial future.”
AT THIS GSFE MEETING
you will learn what every
woman needs to know:
*The 3 Major “L’s” that affect
your finances
* What 3 “P’s” you need
to apply directly to your
financial future
*What is “The rule of 7” and
how does it apply to me
GSFE
Robbie
Charmaine
Summers
January 8. lake arrowhead GSFE launch was fabulous!
The editor of the mountain news Angela Yap came
invited by my friend John Connor who is the owner
of the Tudor House in Lake Arrowhead where this
group will meet every 2nd Sunday at noon.
John wanted Angela to meet me and do a story
about GSFE, her and her husband own three
magazines and one newspaper in lake arrowhead.
Angela has lived in lake arrowhead for 30 years she
took photos of all 7 GSFE members who were there
from other networks, they each talked about what
GSFE meant to them which she recorded. We also
met a guy in the movies who lives up there and he is
going to spread the word.
Another woman we met with her husband own a catering company who is interested in joining
us next. All the gsfe members got to also introduce themselves and do their ASK
Angela loved learning about our organization.
A great connection was made between Charmaine and Angela. Charmaine will be helping
her with her golf and Angela is thinking of becoming the co-director of GSFE Mountain, then
Charmaine would move to Director. What a perfect start for our group up on the mountains,
with Angela being a long-time resident of lake arrowhead, she is past chamber president past
Rotary president and has done the paper for 12 years so we are hoping she comes back with a
yes.
Also, the launch of our book in March is going to get some publicity in this area.
One of the gals who came to arrowhead brought her application and is a new member of
fallbrook.
Please mark your calendars:
GSFE Mountain will meet the 2nd Sunday at noon of each month at The Tudor House in Lake
Arrowhead 800 Arrowhead Villa Rd. Lake Arrowhead, CA 92352 it will be a brunch meeting with
a speaker.
in her eyes for bigger and brighter things has always been her enthusiasm for “things that bling’s.” This fierce fire in her body commanded her on the path of the Bon Vivant
lifestyle.
After graduating High School, she joined the United States Navy as a Logistics Specialist and made it to the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer / E-8. Twenty-three years later,
she still serves in the United States Navy, protecting and serving her country. In between serving and working in the local community of San Diego & Los Angeles California,
Latasha purely passionately created her own business, Boss Lady Bling Blingy. It offers thoroughly detailed hand-crafted art from the heart, designed in a nearly obsessive as
Latasha sit for hours, pondering ideas and indulging in her favorite tunes while creating things that Bling Blingy.
Latasha strives to bring you flair if you dare to have fun. Her one - of - a - kind handmade jewelry is created by using traditional techniques, with an emphasis on simple and
elegant designs. Latasha creates her custom designs using a variety of luxury fabrics, precious gems, crystals and stones to create most of her unique, high-end statement of
the art pieces, that’s always ready and available for Gala’s, runways, magazines, proms, special events, and everyday wear.
Boss Lady Bling Blingy was self-taught in making jewelry and has gained most of her work ethics from working in the Military as a Logistics Specialist. This has fed into her
practice in business and financials. Latasha has a very diverse background and decided to incorporate her military experiences with her first passion, fashion and jewelry
Design. For this reason, in 2018 she founded the Boss Lady Bling Blingy brand. Her Bling Blingy pieces are unique and eye-catching. Boss Lady Bling Blingy loves a Design
Oceanside GSFE Chapter Quarterly News Oct-Dec 2022
Caroline Sterling was our October speaker. She shared her secret to creating our own “Genius
Phase TM. She had us go all the way back to some of our earliest memories and experiences as
children and break them down to see how they influenced our career choices today. It was a
powerful exercise to see how we can use those experiences to attract others to our business.
In November, Nanciann Horvath, Improv For Health, shared the importance of improvisation
and living in the moment. She gave us daily reminders to embrace.
1. Use “Yes, and…” every day
2. Embrace the unexpected
3. Learn to see the humor in all situations
4. Listen actively
5. take risks (mistakes & even failures are ok)
pleasant. It’s only going to be in the high 70s. This is a new location, thank God the parking is
easily accessible and free. I walk into the room, it’s beautiful.
There are a few well-appointed tables. To the right is a table with four women, none I know.
Maybe I’ll sit there, get to know some new people. Oh wait, there’s an empty chair next to Mary.
I owe her a phone call and I need to talk to her, maybe I’ll sit there. The leader and today’s
speaker are sitting together and there’s room at their table. Should I sit there?
Where is it most beneficial to sit? Which seat would help me meet my networking goals?
7 Goals for Better Networking in 2023
1. Utilize more digital communication tools, such as video conferencing, to facilitate
better networking.
There are so many communication tools we can use to help with our networking.
Are you using Zoom, Streamyard, Canva, video texts? And there are more.
2. Increase the frequency of networking events and virtual meetups to create more
opportunities for connections.
How many events do you attend weekly? What would happen if you doubled or
tripled the number of events you attended weekly?
3. Make sure to reach out to people outside of your immediate network to foster
diversity.
Virtual networking allows us to network with people in other areas, states, and
countries. Make diversity a part of your networking goals.
4. Invest in networking technology to make networking easier, such as automated
introductions and digital directories.
68
Global Society For Female Entrepreneurs - www.globalsocietyforfemaleentrepreneurs.org

Also consider technology systems that assist with following up. Remember, the
money is in the follow up.
5. Focus on developing genuine relationships rather than simply making contacts.
Don’t forget, people do business with people they know, like, trust, and
remember. Consider using FORM (F- family, O- occupation, R- recreation, and
M- motivation/message). Be authentic.
6. Take the time to learn about the people you’re networking with, and work to form
meaningful connections.
Similar to #5, look at contacts as people, not as just someone to buy your
product or service. They may not need or want what you do but they may know
several people who do and you’ll never know if you don’t get to know them.
7. Utilize social media platforms to grow your network and stay connected with
contacts.
Social media can be a very useful tool for networking. What platforms do your
customers use? What platforms do your colleagues use? What platforms do your
potential collaborators use? Are you there?
SOUTH IE HIGHLIGHTS FOR 2022
KATHERINE ORHO
Director of South Inland Empire Network
October through December has been extremely amazing. This was the first year that I attended the
Kindness Day Awards as a Director. It was wonderful.
In November, I became a partner with IE Stakeholders Assn in Lake Elsinore with our very own
Michelle Lewis, thus acquiring an official address for my business, digitalRoundTable. I spent my
Thanksgiving with the Lewis family at Shiloh Spirit Ranch. You should see this place. It is perfect for
events. It is an animal rescue, farm, and ranch all in one. With glorious willow trees and cool
western props here and there. We will be holding parties there when the weather dries out.
I also attended the Space Settlement Conference in Los Angeles and got acquainted with
members of the National Space Society (NSS). These are a great group of folks. I had a fabulous
time. That event was a true testament to the power of showing up. As a result, I helped design a
campaign post for the NSS Giving Tuesday fundraiser. It was exciting and I was informed that they
received a huge donation from Jeff Bezos. I love that I was a part of that even in a small way.
December was hard: I missed my mother and sons so much. Fatatai had to work, which I
understand, but I was unable to join my youngest son, Tobore, in Sacramento for Christmas and
that made me too sad. But I began writing for the sequel to "It's All About Showing Up...". I can't
wait for that book to come out. And best of all, I can cross 1 thing off my bucket list: I have officially
stepped into the tech industry. On December 23, 2022, I passed my certification exam for Scrum
Master (CSM 1). As best as I can explain it Scrum is an Agile management position in IT &
Development. It is a Servant-Leader position that coaches, teaches, facilitates, and removes
impediments. Pretty much, I thought the role was made for me.
MICHELLE LEWIS
IE Stakeholders Assn. & Custom Scrubs for Less
November brought us ups and downs. We launched a new partnership with digitalRoundTable and
brought in a few new members needing our help establishing their businesses. November brought
Hanna's Hope recognition as well with the kindness day event. Hanna's Hope founder Hanna Carter
was awarded the youth entrepreneur awarded a huge blessing. She was interviewed by Roselyn
Kahn for her Podcast and offered directorship for a riverside youth chapter with GSFE. November
also brought us a huge thanksgiving feast with family and friends. So, looking forward to what the
New Year is going to bring.
December was bittersweet. It was the first Christmas without my mom. It was also the month I
Global Society For Female Entrepreneurs - www.globalsocietyforfemaleentrepreneurs.org
decided to re-open a business I closed in 2011 due to medical issues. So, all you ladies out there
New Year is going to bring.
December was bittersweet. It was the first Christmas without my mom. It was also the month I
decided to re-open a business I closed in 2011 due to medical issues. So, all you ladies out there
that wear medical uniforms and can't find them to fit right. Custom Scrubs 4 Less is re-launching on
February 1, 2023. super excited about this. I.E. Stakeholders will be taking a new path in the new
year. So excited about the change. Hanna's Hope sent out 4 cashier's checks this year. Each was just
over $ 2500.00. Our youth are our future. We all need to stand behind them and show them what
this world has to offer in the way of greatness. Happy New Year
KATHERINE SETZER
Katherine The Great
Over the past three months, I have been honored to create cards for people all over the world from
England, Japan, and Australia.
I was commissioned to create a Modern Miss Fisher card for the Miss Fisher Com event in Virginia.
Along with creating a five-part series for Twilight for the Chamber of Commerce event committee in
Forks, Washington. I hope that they will contract me to create items for their annual event.
I received a beautiful letter of thanks from a client for all the creations I’ve created for her loved
ones. She told me how each one touched the recipient and perfectly articulated the feelings she
wanted to send to them. I was also commissioned to create a beautiful card for the artist Jim
Warren’s birthday.
I have recently stepped back from my business to focus on my children and my health. My son has
made huge strides since I changed the curriculum, I am teaching him at home and my daughter who
was struggling to read when we shifted our reading focus is now able to read level 2-chapter books.
I know these successes are not related to my business but the success I’ve had with my business the
last few months has allowed me to take a short break to focus and fine-tune my children
homeschool curriculum to help them thrive!
NICHELLE COLEMAN
GMG Staafly Productions LLC
The months of October through December have been a time of healing for me. I got out of the
hospital in late August and have been using this time to gain the strength I need to lead a healthier
life. In June I was diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel, Fibromyalgia, and Rheumatoid Arthritis. I was
hospitalized later with encephalitis. During this time, I was being treated for encephalitis and I lost
muscle function. This caused me to be unable to walk.
October was me getting stronger and walking better. I had never experienced anything like this in
my life. I had to pray and as God to heal me and I kept going. I went as far as I was allowed to go. I
have always been the type of person to never give up, I pushed until I could walk without help.
In November I started adding on work to my recovery. I started doing a few hairstyles which did not
require much time and stayed off my feet. Standing too long is what got me here in the first place. I
have been pacing myself to stay within a certain range. I think it will be a good thing to just be parttime
now.
72
December has been an awesome month looking back to where I started realizing I have come a long
way and I have even more to do. I know that I can go above and beyond with perseverance to get to
Global Society For Female Entrepreneurs - www.globalsocietyforfemaleentrepreneurs.org

the next stage. It is my hope to inspire others and let them know that we can do as much as we
push to do. I pushed myself and loved when my Physical Therapy Doctor did the same.
"SAFARI" KAY TROTMAN
Destined To Travel, LLC
Trips, books, interviews! It’s been a busy, exciting, and exceptionally, productive November and
December. These past two months I completed a chapter in The Impact of One Voice, a project
coordinated by the Master Speaker, Arvee Robinson.
I also did several interviews online and in person, among them, Joy Ruffen, profiling Legacy Leaders
and my contribution to leaving my own legacy, Laurie Davis, who explored the many benefits of
travel to Africa. And in between, I led three groups to Tanzania…. and…. am currently on the final
trip of the year to celebrate the coming of the new year 2023.
These were just sampling my most noteworthy accomplishments. There is so much more to
come: a detailed story of how I started my business, a book in the works covering fifteen years of
African knowledge, a course, and children’s stories about Africa - All of this is a work in progress
that will take some time, but it’s coming, all to complete a rewarding, fulfilling and memorable
legacy!
Rewarding, fulfilling, and memorable!
KINDNESS DAY AWARDS WINNERS
2022 Kindness Day Award Winners for the South Inland Empire were amazing contributors to the
progress of our network.
▪Katherine Orho
▪Susan Vanderburgh
▪Yoshie Guadagno
▪Safari Kay Trotman
Katherine Orho and Susan Vanderburgh were both chosen for their leadership and partnership
working together to get each meeting going successfully. In the Co-Director position, Susan helped
with tech issues during meetings, took over hosting duties when needed, and helped with recruiting
efforts. As Director of the South Inland Empire network, Katherine has brought a new look & name
to this network with a focus on team networking, team training, and team collaboration amongst
network members with the hope of her members getting to know one another better.
Yoshie Guadagno is the newest member of the SIE network, and she came in from the start with a
heart of cooperation and helpfulness. She trusted the process and gave it whenever she could. That
is a special and kind heart who can step into a new organization and do that. Kay Trotman has a
cooperative spirit no matter the time or place. From halfway around the world, she will submit
write-ups and do interviews, collaborations, and donations. Anything to help our network grow
these ladies have been wondering about doing. And their kind hearts are very much appreciated.
It is my mission to inspire female entrepreneurs to look to the technology industry for opportunities
Greetings GSFE Sisters,
It is true that time flies when you’re having fun and this year with GSFE was
no exception!
We began expanding GSFE up here in the Great White North in February
of this year and we’ve had amazing experiences and guest speakers. Our
intimate group is growing and we can’t wait to see what 2023 has in store
for us.
In December we joined forces with the Virtual Thursdays GSFE Network to
help host the Holiday Party. We had a ton of fun learning great Ring Shui
tips for success from Barbara Berg and we enjoyed games, music and
prize giveaways!
deserved. With all the fun had this year we can’t wait for our 2023 Holiday
party!
Canada GSFE’s first meeting of 2023 will be on Thursday, January 26th at
Dear GSFE Member:
As a fellow GSFE Member, I am thrilled to be connected with you! I mentioned to
Robbie that we have a FREE Virtual One Great Goal Retreat ($497 Value) coming
up on January 11 th and she asked me to share this opportunity with you.
Do you have big goals that you have been dreaming about for years but no matter
what have not been able to figure out how to manifest them?
Maybe it’s growing your business from 6-figures to multi 6-figures or 7-figures (or
more!).
Maybe it’s having time freedom in your business and only working from 10-2 every
day.
Maybe it’s finally writing that book, launching that podcast or that new program for
your “next level” client.
Maybe it’s having an overflow of money in your bank account so you don’t have to
ask yourself, “Can I afford this?”
I get it! I know what it is like to have dreams (from million-dollar revenue goals to
writing books) that never seem to manifest no matter how hard you try. But what if
it’s not about trying harder? What if it’s really about something else that is stopping
you?
At the Virtual One Great Goal Retreat I will be sharing what I’ve done to BREAK
THROUGH what was stopping me and achieve goals like writing a USA Today
best-selling book, creating 7-figure lines of revenue, buying our dream homes in
Minnesota and Florida (after losing almost everything during the recession of 2009) and
only working with ideal clients.
I want YOU to be set FREE, too.
On January 11th we are gathering 30 Rockstar CEOs who are ready to turn their 6-
figure business into multi 6-figures, 7 figures or more and are ready to build the
EXACT business they have been dreaming of.. (Simply go to www.onegreatgoal.com
to claim your spot!)
We have designed this retreat to be intimate—and super powerful—so we are
limiting the Zoom call to just 30 attendees (so we can see everyone!).
“This class has allowed me to be clear and focused so I can reach ALL my goals!” - Mario P.
In the past, the ticket price of the One Great Goal Retreat was $497; however, I'm
waiving the investment for the event on January 11th for those ambitious Rockstar
CEOs (like you!) who are ready to 2X or 10X their revenue this year while checking
ALL their goals off their list.
“I have checked off over 50 “One Great Goals” and I give this book to all my clients, team
members and friends!!” – Tena P.
The Virtual Global One Society Great For Goal Female Retreat Entrepreneurs is one of - my www.globalsocietyforfemaleentrepreneurs.org
brings our clients SO MUCH CLARITY to our clients. It literally clears the cobwebs
