STRATEGIC PLAN Cultivate a representative and inclusive community through access to resources and opportunities. GOAL 5 OUTCOMES • Featured DEI news, resources, and events in weekly school newsletter, The Pulse • GWU Hospital Scholars Initiative • Negotiated extension from 2022-25, up to 15 ABSN students/year, 50% tuition scholarships, up to 60 students • GW Hospital Residency • Negotiated extension from 2022-25, up to 30 RN-BSN students/year, 100% tuition scholarship,120 students total • Tuition support for PhD students expanded, now includes four years of full funding • Established GW Nursing Chapter of American Assembly of Men in Nursing (AAMN) Develop, foster, and invest in local, regional, national, and global partnerships and collaborative relationships.
